We put our workmanship warranty in the contract. It states what is covered, for how long, and what is not.
What it covers
Our own workmanship: joints, fastening, flashing, fit.
What it doesn't
Wear and weather, damage from movement we flagged in the survey, work by others, and hidden conditions beyond the scope.
